Terms of service for Enrich Network App
Last updated: Mar 27, 20251. Acceptance of TermsBy downloading, installing, or using the Enrich Network app ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.2. App PurposeEnrich Network's goal is to financially empower communities by transforming the technology of government aid and benefits. The App enables users to upload grocery receipts, which are used to improve Enrich Network's parsing and decisioning engine.3. User EligibilityYou must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this eligibility requirement.4. Receipt Upload4.1 Eligible Receipts: Users may upload receipts from any source, provided they are genuine and legible. Receipts must be in English and must include the retailer's name, items purchased, prices, total amount paid, and transaction date.4.2 Time Limit: There is no time limit for uploading receipts. However, users are encouraged to upload recent receipts to ensure the most current and relevant data for our parsing and decisioning engine.4.3 Quantity: There is no limit to the number of receipts you can upload per day or per retailer.4.4 Data Integrity: Do not submit altered, duplicated, or fraudulent receipts. Enrich Network reserves the right to verify the authenticity of uploaded receipts and may disqualify points or terminate accounts associated with fraudulent activity.5. Snap & Earn Loyalty Program5.1 Point Earning:
- 200 points for signing up
- 100 points per receipt uploaded
- 20 points for every receipt submitted for review5.2 Rewards: Upon accumulating the first 1000 points, you will receive a $5 digital gift card via email. Thereafter, each time you hit a points tier you will receive a digital gift card with the redeemable value.
- First 1000 points: $5
- Next 1500 points: $5
- Next 2000 points: $5
- Next 2500 points: $5
- Next 3000 points: $55.3 Point Calculation: Points are tallied weekly by the Enrich Network team.5.4 Point Reset: Your active points balance will reset to zero after receiving a gift card.6. User AccountsYou are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.7. Privacy and Data UseBy using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. Receipt data will be used to improve our parsing and decisioning engine.8. Prohibited ConductYou agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent receipts
- Attempt to manipulate the Snap & Earn loyalty program
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App9. Intellectual PropertyAll content and functionality in the App are the exclusive property of Enrich Network and protected by copyright laws.10. TerminationWe reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for any reason, including violation of these Terms.11. DisclaimersThe App is provided "as is" without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.12. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Enrich Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.13. Changes to TermsWe may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.14. Governing LawThese Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America.15.
